We are a small, friendly, cohesive team with a diverse wealth of skills and experience.

    co Project Manager Voluntary Sector Coordination Project (VSCP)

    Lauren joined WCA in 2014, originally as part of the Healthwatch Team. Having worked within the NHS, Social Care, and for the last 10 years within the Wandsworth voluntary sector. She now co-manages the Voluntary Sector Co-ordination Project at WCA.


  2. Jackie

    Office Manager/Finance Officer

    Jacqueline joined WCA in 2006 and is our Office Manager/Finance Officer as well as the friendly face on our main reception.

    Jacqueline has a background in Finance and Business Management and has lived and worked in the area for many years.


  3. Lukasz Birycki

    Lukasz joined WCA in 2019 and is our LD Project Manager and runs the Wandsworth Learning Difficulties & Learning Disabilities Network.

  4. Delia 2

    Outreach and Engagement Lead

    Delia joined WCA in 2012 as Volunteer Co-ordinator and within her role and through project managing Social Sundayz, The Drug & Alcohol Service User Involvement project and Skill Swap, she has gained a greater understanding of various service user groups' needs in the Wandsworth area, which provided her with an excellent platform upon which to build.


  5. Jason

    Chief Executive Officer

    Jason joined WCA in October 2006, taking on the role of Director. Over the past 13 years Jason has helped and supported WCA become a successful and effective organisation that works with the local community and marginalised groups to influences local services.


  6. John

    Project Manager Mental Health

    John joined WCA in 2008 as Project Manager of Voicing Views and in 2016 he took on the additional role as Project Manager of the newly created LGBT Mental Health Project.


  7. Funmilayo

    Information & Outreach Lead

    Funmilayo worked at Wandsworth Care Alliance (WCA) as the Learning Disabilities (LD) Project Coordinator from 2012 onwards before joining the Healthwatch Wandsworth team.

    Julie joined the VSCP in April 2017 to provide cover for maternity leave and, in April 2018, on Lauren Ashley-Boyall’s return, took on the role as a jobshare.


  9. Sarah Cook

    Healthwatch Wandsworth Manager

    Sarah previously worked at Macmillan Cancer Support where she worked organising a specialist information outreach service. She has a background working in health related charities and her recent postgraduate studies were focussed on healthcare.
