Please take a moment and complete and return the Baseline Survey

The Baseline Survey (see link below) was sent on behalf of Wandsworth CCG and Wandsworth Borough Council to those on our mailing list on 21 January and we’re encouraging everyone to please complete and return it. The background to the survey is as follows:

Following a successful procurement, Wandsworth Care Alliance (WCA) has been appointed to deliver the Enhanced Voluntary Sector Co-ordination Service in Wandsworth, which commenced on 1 January 2020.  The new enhanced service will cover a much broader remit than that previously provided by the Voluntary Sector Co-ordination Project.  Together with WCA, we want to ensure that we focus our resource where it will have the most benefit and prioritise the areas that are most important to the Voluntary Sector.  To support this, we have agreed with WCA that we will be asking voluntary sector organisations and commissioners to complete an annual 360-degree survey, the findings and outcome of this survey will be used to inform the work of WCA over the coming year. We want to ensure that the service is meeting the needs of the sector and that it is delivering and focusing on the right areas.

We have put together the attached survey which will be used to establish the baseline and inform the work of the Enhanced Voluntary Sector Co-ordination Service in year one (from January 2020). We intend to use this information to determine how the service needs to adapt and shift as priorities and challenges within the sector change.

Ultimately, we plan to use the survey as a mechanism for the sector and key stakeholders to have continuous input as to how the service evolves from year to year.

The survey is completely anonymous and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

We very much value your input and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to share your views.  Please access the survey by clicking on the link below.
